My goal as a brand consultant and freelance health and nutrition writer is to provide evidence-based, engaging content that helps people cut through misinformation to get the answers they’re looking for.

I completed a Bachelor of Science in Cellular/Biology at the University of Alberta. Taking biochemistry ignited my interest in nutrition, and I obtained a second Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Alberta.

I completed my Dietetic Internship in 2018 and have since worked in a number of clinical areas. In 2021, I shifted my focus to gut health and completed the Monash FODMAP Dietitian course. Since then, I’ve immersed myself in the world of digestive health.

In addition to my training as a dietitian, I’ve also completed training in SEO, email marketing, B2B writing, web copy development, and brand ambassadorship.

Finally, I run Gut-Friendly Nutrition, a website dedicated to simplifying and demystifying gut health.
